Team building should be fun and worry free. So that's our promise to you - fun and worry free. We believe in the products and materials we sell, but hey if one of our physical products is not what you expected - don't sweat it, return it - we want you to be happy. It's that simple.
We Like You
We love making sure that our team building partners (that's you) get the things they need to get the job done. If you have any questions drop us a line either via email, over the phone, or even send a post card (we like post cards) - if we aren't outside playing, we will totally answer the phone or respond to the message right away. If we are outside... well you might have to wait till we get called in for dinner to get your response, so go for a bike ride or bake some cookies, and rest assured that we will get back to you. We know your question is important, and we love to help people find exactly what they need. So we are totally here to help - please reach out.

Returns and Refunds
We totally love our products, but if one isn't cutting the mustard for you and you want to return it reach out by phone, email or snail mail and we will help guide you through getting the return, refund or in store credit in a no fuss, no muss way.

Waiting for your stuff to arrive can be really tough (remember birthday parties when you were a kid - yikes!). If you are wondering where your order is, drop a line via email and we will send out our locator drones. Once they beam back the coordinates from the mother ship we will send them along to you. If your question is about what's in the package you received or something else, you can email us too or give us a call and we'd love to sort that out too.

We absolutely want to hear back from you. We want to know the good, bad and the ugly. You letting us know how we did helps us to learn what things we should be doing more of, and what things we should stop doing. We aren't perfect, and we'll never pretend to be - but we can always be better. That being said, we are a company made up of humans - and it makes us feel good when we know we did something right for you, so if you get a chance we'd love to hear those Kudos too :) We will take the love and lectures via phone or email.
Price Changes
We do our best to keep our prices fair (and even low). Our mission to get great team building tools into the hands of as many people as possible so that more fun and human connection can happen in the world. The challenge is sometimes things go up in price and it totally blindsides us, like that extra slice of pizza blindsides us with heartburn. We will work hard to honor our prices, however please understand that prices may adjust without notice. It frustrates us too and we will work hard to ensure that it rarely (if ever) happens.
